I don't regard any product first place as a means to the end!
Technology every times follows processes, follows strategy, follows business goals.

An extraordinary ITIL software filled with all existing processes will not help if not fully embedded in the culture of the company. Often a simple sheet is doing the magic.

In Strategy, their operationalizing or every single project --there are numerous of valuable tool boxes (be it ITIL, BSC, BS1500, Cobit5, eTOM or Prince2 and PMBOOK, ...etc.).

My priority is to use them only where appropriate. "Bureaucracy" never helped, but in contrast (every time) efficient Communication!
